Midterm week was done na. Everyone's looking forward for the DEADLY FINALS

Im getting extremely anxious and Im not sure kung kaya ko ba talaga

Everything about 3rd year is stressful. Its too impossible for one day to pass without worrying about anything. I've been thinking of a strategy on how to do good on the deadly FINALS. What's deadly nga ba? Im sobrang scared about the Oral Revalida. Im not sure whether Id be going out of that room rejoicing or crying. I dont know if I can even speak pag andun nco sa harap ng CI and pag nabunot ko na whatever it is that I have to discuss. I dont know if I know anything about OB, PEDIA, or ADULT. I dont know if I can memorize 10(?) normal physiology and recite them ng sunod sunod. I DONT KNOW

I dont know how I'd do it. Im super scared. I just hope I can get through this, matapos ko lang to sana okay na

Pero.. Never ending daw eh. Never ending!

Im getting tired just thinking about it.

Nursing Diagnosis:
RISK FOR SUICIDE R/T HOPELESSNESS

Objective:
After 20 days of nursing intervention, the client will make a decision that suicide is not the answer to her perceived problem.

Interventions/Rationales:
1. Encourage expression of feelings and make time to listen to concerns.
- Helps individual sort out thinking and begin to develop understanding of situation and look at other alternatives.

2. Help client identify more appropriate solutions to the problem.
- To lessen sense of anxiety and associated physical manifestations.

3. Acknowledge reality of suicide as an option. Discuss consequences of actions if they follow through an intent. Ask how iit will help individual to resolve problem.
- Helps to focus on conequences of actions and possibility of other options.

4. Provide directions for actions client can take, avoiding negative statements such as "do nots".
- Promotes a positive attitude.
